“Application of engineering in cancer research and treatment”
Abstract:
This presentation will explore our lab’s efforts on applying nanotechnology and tissue engineering to clinical oncology. It will be focused on discussing our work on preclinical evaluation and clinical translation of nanoparticle therapeutics to improve the chemoradiotherapy cancer treatment paradigm, and our work on applying tissue engineering techniques to the development of 3D cancer metastasis models.
